Our machine shop is equipped with semi-automatic, special purpose and conventional CNC and VMC Machines with the latest version of operating control systems.

Production

The facilities in production are using the top-notch machineries and latest technologies to produce components meeting with utmost diligence and the most stringent accuracy and finish requirements.  The machine shop is equipped with semi-automatic, purposeful  functionality for the defined finished products.  All available machines – conventional, CNC and VMC machines are the up-to-date versions in today’s generation performing with the computerized control systems for optimal operations.

The parts are validated at the dedicated inspection cell, having ultra-modern instruments, under controlled conditions and strict supervision. The flawless inspection is carried out by dedicated team having expertise in inspection.  The testing of product by using quality systems We are committed to offering high precision parts with superior quality at competitive prices. We ensure the quality of our products go through carefully conducted processes following international standards for this industry and through state-of-the-art inspection facilities. Our three-stage quality control process includes raw material inspection, dimensional inspection, and a final inspection following the fitness from the client specified requirements.
